Dr. Peter Reck is a long-term manager of national and international forestry, wood and renewable energy projects. As an expert in green finance products, his focus is on sustainable and transparent investments to achieve climate protection targets and to conserve our natural resources. The founder of gremacon studied forestry in Freiburg and Real Estate Investment Management at the European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel.

Michael Cnyrim has extensive experience in designing, structuring and financing of investments in tangible assets, mainly in the fields of environmental and socially responsible investments (SRI). The law graduate and banker worked among others for international investment banks and 8 years for a wealth and asset management company, in which he initiated and established the branch of investment solutions in tangible assets. During this position he acted as a manager of one of the first forestry investment funds. Michael Cnyrim is partner at Touchwind Financial Solutions GmbH and founder and partner at ca² consulting, Tegernsee.

Dr. Hansjörg Neun, economist with over 30 years experience as manager of large scale programmes, international institutions and private sector. He covers the areas of agriculture, forestry, management of natural resources, renewable energies and climate change. He works as policy advisor, in organisational restructuring, development of concepts and strategies as well as in information and knowledge management.

Erda Gerçek has over 20 years of investment experience, all of which with Citigroup Asset Management (CAM) and its successor Legg Mason International Equities. In 1991 Erda co-founded the Global Emerging Market Equities team in London, managing money for the Latin American, EMEA and Asian regions. In 2004 he initiated the group’s venture into the Hedge Fund space. He currently teaches graduate courses in various universities in Turkey. Erda is currently the managing partner of Thales Training and Consulting. Thales specialises in tailored made solutions for corporates on macro and micro strategy, financial management and M&A as well as executive tutoring and mentoring.

İlknur Seferoğlu has started her career at Etibank as TL dealer in fund management department. In 1995, she moved to private sector as capital markets marketing manager in EGS Bank. She worked for EGS Investment, EVG Investment, Site Investment and Riva Securities as group manager and deputy general manager. She was most recently the general manager and board director of Universal Securities (ING Securities). In her 20 years of experience Ilknur has specialized on strategy building and business development in sales and marketing. İlknur is the founding partner of Thales Training & Consulting. She holds a BA degree in Business Administration from Ankara University Faculty of Political Sciences.
